Riven through with quality, Biomechanical swing through the darker side of heavy metal as they produce an outstanding collection of songs, sprinkled with awe inspiring solos and driven by some outstanding vocals, this Album absolutely grabs you by the shirt and gives a classic example of Classic heavy metal from the dark side. Their line-up is as follows; John K: vocals, Matt C: drums, Chris Webb: guitar, Jamie Hunt: guitar and Jon Collins: bass guitar.
With Eight Moons, Biomechanical have created something truly diverting from the normal run-of-the-mill Goth Metal bands' output. Don't pass this one up.
"Dramatic, heavy, gothic sci-fi bio-metal is what Biomechanical produce and their debut album, Eight Moons is stuffed to the gills with crunching riffs, vocals that growl and then soar and a metallic rhythm section that pummels and pushes the material along.
They also have a darker side that dips its toes into a more gothic place that means that they do not produce a relentless onslaught but use musical textures to make the heavy bits heavier (if possible) and the lighter sections seem like the calm before the storm.
Recently they have toured the UK with Infobia and 4 Way Kill and have appeared at the Bloodstock festival in Derby to rave reviews, Biomechanical are British metal at its mutated best and one band I will be trying to catch live as soon as possible."
